Difficult Client Policy
It is very important to us that our retainer clients are a good fit for working with us and a good fit for our other clients. We interview retainer clients carefully but in some cases it becomes apparent quickly that a client is difficult. Difficult means that the client does not pay on time, does not provide needed information for tasks on time, is argumentative, needs constant hand holding, calls us several times a week and wants to waste time on personal matters, insists on meeting in person when work can be done virtually, etc. All of this causes stress for our staff and when our staff is stressed our other clients suffer. If you do sign up for a retainer package and you become a difficult client then your contract with us will be terminated at the end of the month for which you have paid. No notice will be given and we will not offer you any referrals.
